International shipping: Currently, we ship to USA addresses only. International orders are not available at this time.

Our most popular option. Your order arrives within a week, packaged discreetly in unmarked boxes.
Expedited Shipping
2–3 business days
Need it faster? Expedited shipping gets your order to you quickly, with the same discreet packaging and care.
Packaging & Discretion
Your privacy is non-negotiable. Every order ships in unmarked, plain packaging with discreet labeling. Nothing on the outside of the box indicates what's inside—not the return address, not the product names, nothing.
- Unmarked boxes: Plain brown or white packaging, no branding or logos visible
- Discreet labeling: Return address shows "Prolific Stores" only—no product descriptions
- Secure packing: Items are wrapped and padded to arrive safely and intact
- No invoice or packing slip: No printed materials inside that reveal what you ordered
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your package's progress in real time.
Tracking updates: Check your email for a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. You can follow your order from our facility to your doorstep.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.

What If Something Goes Wrong?
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages are rare—but we're here if they happen.
Package Lost or Missing
Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Package Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, email us photos and a description within 7 days. We'll replace the damaged items or refund you in full.
Delayed Delivery
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, check your tracking first. If it remains stuck, reach out to us—we'll work with the carrier to locate it.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation included.
Return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be processed. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out—we're happy to discuss options.
What Can Be Returned
- ✓ Unopened, unused items in original packaging
- ✓ Items with defects or damage upon arrival
- ✓ Wrong item shipped (our error)
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- ✗ Items that have been opened, used, or tested
- ✗ Items without original packaging or documentation
- ✗ Clearance or final-sale items (marked at checkout)
- ✗ Items purchased more than 30 days ago
How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email prolificsluts@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide a return authorization number (RA#) and prepaid shipping label. Keep your RA# for tracking and reference.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA# on the outside of the box. Use the prepaid shipping label we provide.
We Process Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
Refund Timeline
Inspection: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Processing: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
Bank Processing: Your bank may take 3-5 additional business days to credit your account
Total timeline: 8-12 business days from the date we receive your return. You'll receive email updates at each stage.
Restocking Fees
We don't charge restocking fees on defective or damaged items. However, if you return an item due to change of mind (outside of defects), a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover processing costs.
Your refund amount will be clearly stated in the approval email before processing.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product? We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value at no additional cost (within 30 days).
To exchange:
- Email us with your order number and the product you'd like instead
- We'll provide a return shipping label
- Once received and inspected, we'll ship your new item
If you're exchanging for a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right immediately.
Report within 48 hours of delivery: Contact us right away with photos of the damage. We'll process a replacement or full refund without requiring a return.
